The development of human capacity in love

Let’s begin for asking, what does capacity means after this reference? Capacity is the social space to identify the diversity of human possibilities into a cultural context; the identification that space is characterized for freedom, it’s the ability that everybody has to be and make thing that are important for them and hold reason for valued.

From this perspective, personal development will take advantage of opportunities and possibilities through the existence of social agreements that allow to empathize and channel the valued achievement, and being a manifestation of the essence as a human being that builds for itself and for another.

In this way, the processes of development of human capacities are determined by the commitment of the parties involved, through the flexibilization of the forms and the action of demonstrating individual and collective agency in the decision making process.

Bringing as a result the personal transformation, product of the evaluation of the process on the result, which are understood as autonomous and capable. Knowing themselves in a conscientious and detached way from the idyllic images and expectations of how they should be or do.

The most important human capacity to develop is LOVE, as Erich Fromm says "love is the active concern for life and the growth of what we love" because it is based on care, responsibility, respect and knowledge.
